Abstract

In this article, we want to shed light on the guidance and contribution of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in educational, invitational, constitutional and organizational matters so that in the light of this, we as the Muslim Ummah can understand our responsibilities and duties. Our relationship with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is faith. We believe in his(ﷺ) message. The essential requirement of faith is not only to fully obey the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) with great devotion and love, but also to make the good deeds of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and the likes of him (peace be upon him) a part of our practical life. The Prophet (ﷺ)established the Ummah on three bases. Knowledge is the first pillar of formation of Ummah. Without knowledge, neither a nation nor a civilized society can be imagined. Therefore, the first thing he(ﷺ) did was to highlight the importance of knowledge in people's hearts so much that people were attracted towards seeking knowledge with taste and passion. The first revelation related to the revelation of the Qur'an also proves the importance of education and learning, adopting its resources and means, and highlighting the usefulness of discussion and research, and the necessity of acquiring knowledge for the people of faith.
